Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our guidelines:

  • Please arrive at the dock on time.
  • This is a BYOB cruise; alcohol is permitted, but glass bottles are not allowed.
  • All cruises include ice, paper products, and cups.
  • All passengers must complete a liability waiver prior to boarding. Waivers are sent after booking. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all passengers complete their waiver prior to arrival.

Safety & Conduct

  • Prohibited Items: No illegal drugs are permitted on board. If any are found, your trip will be immediately canceled without a refund—no exceptions. Additionally, no cigars, cigarettes, or any ash-producing items are allowed.
  • Intoxication: The captain reserves the right to end the charter at any time due to excessive intoxication. While our goal is for everyone to have fun, safety remains our top priority.

Care of the Vessel

  • Maintenance: Our boat is professionally maintained and cleaned. Any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence will be charged accordingly.
  • Prohibited Products: No self-tanner or bronzing lotions are permitted, as they can stain and damage the upholstery.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

  • Reserving Your Trip: A 50% deposit is required to book all cruises. Please confirm your trip at least 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least one week before your scheduled cruise. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled trip with no expiration. If a cancellation is required due to weather or unsafe conditions, your trip will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date.
  • Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than one week in advance, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the deposit.

Payments

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter prior to departure.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
  • Cash Payments: 5% discount for all cash payments.

Gratuity

A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all charters, consistent with industry standards. This reflects the hard work our captain and crew put in before, during, and after your trip to ensure your day on the water is safe, smooth, and unforgettable.

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically included with all charters. This supports the captain and crew for the preparation, service, cleanup, and care that go into making your experience safe, seamless, and unforgettable.
